User Manager Beta
A brand new User Manager is now available in Beta, bringing the same look and feel as Application Manager and Device Manager to user administration. From a single interface you get a full picture of each Entra ID user — MFA methods, user details, SoftwareCentral logs, installed applications across owned devices, shop orders, Entra ID group memberships, Intune licenses, login logs and detailed audit logs.
You can act directly from the interface: edit the user, install or remove software, manage group memberships, clone the user, reset password, manage Temporary Access Password, reset MFA, revoke all sessions, disable/enable, or delete. Bulk actions are also supported for managing software, Entra ID groups, cloning and deletion.
Device Manager
Device Manager has officially left Beta and comes packed with new capabilities. For Intune devices you can now view Audit Logs, see Remediation status, execute Remediation Scripts directly from the Intune Action page, and remove the Primary User from a device. Windows 365 devices are now supported as well.
SCCM devices get richer hardware visibility too — all MAC addresses are listed with their adapters, and you can now see hard drive, RAM, BIOS and serial data. A new Sync button has also been added for devices that appear to be missing.
